Seeking Help From Guru.com

I ran the ad below in Guru, looking for Social Media Help. I am a very social creature, but apparently the "Media" part I just don't get.

Greetings... My name is Bob. I have written two books of a three book fantasy series called "The Wizard Was Odd". I intend to kick it off using a Kickstarter funding campaign. In order for this Kickstarter campaign to be successful, I need to have a social network of folks interested in my project. I have consulted with one social media agency and they gave me a ten week plan that incorporated Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I was in the process of setting this up on Hootsuite when it occurred to me that if I want it done right I should turn to a professional. Wizard of Oz is a hot topic and has been hot for 110 years. My website - WizardWasOdd.com - has a slant toward self-publishing and will appeal to unpublished writers which are fifty in number for every author published. My research indicates I have two very strong interest groups. I would like to hear your ideas as I am open to other social media ideas. I am also interested in your fees of course. I will pay a fixed fee monthly, or weekly if necessary. Two of the three books are undergoing their final edit. I have been working with a Guru artist continuously since November of 2014. He is doing scene, character images, and bookcover deisign. He has many more months of work ahead. I mention this because whomever I select, if you can perform, the financial rewards could be significant. The better you do attracting followers, the more you are worth. Furthermore, the program will step up as I go through Kickstarter. It should be successfully funded and when it is, I will need your services to continue to draw interest and a following to create an awareness of my books. Your compensation will increase as my sales increase. So this has the potential to be a very long term thing. Check out the Harry Potter Website. They are not making any more books, but folks love Harry Potter Books and memorabilia. Folks also love Wizard of Oz and its memorabilia. What follows is an overview of what I am doing, links to my website, and a link to the pre-published Kickstarter platform. The campaign is not active but much of the website and Kickstarter set up is complete. Currently I have no social media presence and no professional press or other connections, so if you do, that is a plus. Please know that the person selected will be one with considerable experience and a proven track record. If you don't have that, please do not waste our time. To land this assignment, it will take someone a fair amount of time reviewing my website, kickstarter, and coming up with a social media plan. Therefore, the person that I select, I will pay $100 to thank you for your time and professionalism. ________________________________________________ The Goal... The manuscripts of Books 1 & 2 are complete. We need a little editing, a lot more art, and then we are ready to get this Wizard of Oz Adaptation in the hands of one million e-readers by 12/31/15. In year 1900, the first edition of L. Frank Baum's, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz had a printing of 10,000 copies. Now 115 years later, let's celebrate that anniversary with the publication and distribution of two parts of a three part commemorative series. With your support, we will edit and proof two finished manuscripts of The Wizard Was Odd trilogy. From there, it is off to digital publication and then, with word-of-mouth and social media presence volumes one and two will find their way into the hands of one million e-readers by year-end 2015. On May 17, 1900, when the first copy came off the press, Baum assembled it by hand and presented it to his sister, Mary Louise Baum Brewster. I won't be assembling books by hand, but I intend to present the first two books of the series to my loving sister, Laura Marie Cormany, a lifelong Oziian... _______________ __________________ _________________ The Synopsis... Alongside Toto, you will ride in the front seat of a thrilling and emotional roller coaster throughout the magical Land of Oz…and beyond. This Wizard of Oz takeoff is a multidimensional plot-twister as told from Toto’s perspective that includes an updated original cast and a host of other wondrous quirky social misfits. With many surprises along the way, this complex and intriguing parody has as much tongue-in-cheek humor as it does original content, adventure, mystery, fantasy, and romance. And...the adventure begins a handful of days following Dorothy's awakening at the end of the 1939 MGM film, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. This time however, Tiny Toto takes charge! Right now I need a social media person that works with the publishing industry. I have written two books of a Wizard of Oz trilogy from Toto's point of view. The website is extensive and I am almost done with my Kickstarter campaign. I have no following and I understand that is critical for success.
